The Early Career Teacher Entitlement supports Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with professional development throughout their two year statutory induction period.

The ECT Entitlement consists of 2 parts - the Early Career Teacher Programme (for which the ECT must be registered) and registration with an Appropriate Body that will monitor the statutory induction period.
